Opinion: Having PTSD is incredibly difficult and painful. In my experience my trauma started in the womb (plus I had to share my mom with my twin) but after birth as a month old baby some more scary things happened that left me feeling unsafe. Feeling unsafe is unspeakably devastating and it makes me hide. Many years of therapy and medication has helped in my case. I won't lie and say that it's pleasant. Rewiring the brain hurts! If you or someone you know has suffered a traumatic event that effects them way after the event happened the to have some patience and kindness also but hold them accountable for their healing.  Greetings!  Opinion: It’s very sad when you are in a relationship with someone (lets say its a guy) that has always been good to you, then one day you see little changes. It’s like he’s irritable all of a sudden. He starts snapping and taking you granted. He becomes mean and that’s when I feel the sadness. It’s over.  Sometimes things can be talked through, but in my experience when they switch up on your like that, and you know you haven’t provoked anything… it’s done. When they go from being kind to acting like you are in their way all of the time… stick a fork in it: the relationship is cooked. Then a new chapter , hopefully better, can begin. Greetings! I'm frightened and appalled that the trump regime is detaining and kidnapping people off the street without due process.
